3. Purposes and Legal Bases of Data Processing
We process your personal data to handle your application on our platform and to match you with suitable job opportunities.
Processing is based on:
•Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (Contract fulfillment or pre-contractual measures)
•Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Legitimate interest in professional placement)
•§ 26 BDSG (Processing for employment purposes)
4. Collected Data
We process the following personal data:
• Name, date of birth, gender
• Contact details (address, email, phone number)
• Qualifications, resume, certificates
• Language skills and work experience
• Application status
• Other information you provide
5. Recipients of Data
Your data will only be shared with:
•Internal departments at people2help responsible for processing your application.
•Cooperation partners and potential employers, if necessary for the application process.
•Zoho Corporation (CRM and applicant management system) with servers located within the EU.
•Authorities and funding agencies, if required for compliance with the Asylum, Migration, and Integration Fund (AMIF).
Data will only be transferred to third countries with your explicit consent or based on an adequacy decision by the EU Commission.
6. Data Retention Period
Your data will be stored for the duration of the application process. If no employment is concluded, your data will be deleted no later than six months after the process ends, unless you have agreed to extended storage.
Data required to be retained under AMIF funding conditions are subject to the legal retention obligations under funding guidelines.
7. Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:
•Right of access to your stored data (Art. 15 GDPR)
•Right to rectification of incorrect or incomplete data (Art. 16 GDPR)
•Right to erasure of your data (Art. 17 GDPR), unless legal retention obligations apply
